The Beggining

The story about how I got to Thailand in the first time.

The journey began on the 27th of Augus 2023 when my friend and I boarded a hiace from UPGRIS to Soekarno Hatta Airport. The journey takes about 7 hours. Initially there were 6 of us students, but we had different target universities. Me, Lala, Noven, and Slamet are at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (NRRU), while Innaky and Linda are at Surat Thani Rajabhat University (SRU). But we boarded the same plane from Sokarno Hatta airport. Arriving at Sukarno Hatta Airport, my friend and I were accompanied by our lecturer, Mrs. Mega, during the flight to Bangkok Dong Mueang International Airport. This is my first time on a plane and also my first time going overseas. I'm very happy. I captured several pictures and videos on my phone. The flight lasts for approximately 2.5 hours. When we arrived at Bangkok Dong Mueang International Airport, we were picked up by two beautiful women, Phi Ong and Phi Puth. We also had lunch together at the airport and this was our first time to try thai food . After that, I and my friends parted with Ms. Mega, Innaky and Linda because Mrs. Mega accompanied them on their flight to Surat Thani. Meanwhile, my friends and I continued our road trip from the airport to our university, NRRU together by hiace. The journey takes about 5 hours.

After we arrived at the university, we went straight to the dormitory to take a shower and put our luggage. While here, we stayed in the NRRU dormitory which is located within the campus area and in the dorm there is a mini market called Seven Eleven and right in front of it there are several canteens so we didn't have any trouble looking for food and basic necessities. In our hostel we are also provided with free drinking water refills. In the evening, we were invited by Phi Om to meet student buddies who will accompany us until the program ends. We met at Central Korat, a place that was located close to our University and was usually a gathering place for young people. I was very impressed when I first time met them. I got a lot of new friends, they are very friendly and very kind.

I know several student buddies from the mathematics and English departments. Those from the mathematics department are Taratron (Fork), Gun, Seen, Snesst. Meanwhile, student buddies from the English department are Bank, Farung, Beam, Hollyice. We had fun talking and getting to know each other. What an unforgettable moment.
